jayfox26 Posted 28 June 2020 Posted 28 June 2020 Much better performance so far but we are incredibly wasteful in the final 3rd. Our decision making and finishing is so poor. Barnes gets into some really good positions but it is so wasteful at times. Need to finish these 2nd half as their defence and keeper are very dodgy. Not sure what all the rave is about Gilmour either, hes been well out of his depth.

StanSP Posted 28 June 2020 Posted 28 June 2020 Think we're doing quite well. Last 2 games have been sluggish as expected. But think it ties in with playing against a more attacking side. We can definitely win this. Keep plugging away and that golden chance will come. We're going forward well with Youri finding space in attacking midfield. Definitely still persist with the ball over the top as they're struggling with that.

I like Praet, seems to make Tielemans play better, as others have said, their subs are much better than ours and that's what will win it for them unfortunately. Don't want to see Maguire gloating at beating us in the semi final anyway.

Our bench looks good if we are defending a lead late on. Some options at CB and CDM but if we are chasing a goal, I'm not holding out much hope.
