We’re effectively not playing with a left winger and asking Chilwell to own that whole flank by himself with Perez in the hole behind the striker. If you want to left Chilwell rampage down the left without worrying about leaving a defensive hole then you need someone (Tielemans) sat in the middle of midfield being really disciplined in not breaking forward and tucking in to cover that space when Chilwell bolts forward. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
