I just can't believe no media outlets will even bring on ex lester players on to comment as guests even FFS. nothing worse than the big 6 charlie bias.

Robbie savage, Gary lineker, manish, Steve claridge, Dion, Heskey all used fairly regularly in recent years.

Joe Willock trying to break Vardys record

Was thinking the same thing, pretty impressive run considering they're a bottom half team. Obviously hope he falls short though.

And for a midfielder!

Standard dodgy penalty given by VAR and superstar shithead Mike Dean.

Slightest contact on De Beek who took another couple of steps before he went down. The replays really need changing to full speed only.

Chelsea fans celebrating like they’ve won the world cup & they used to take the piss out of Arsenal for finishing 4th. Plastics.

Bruce finishes in 12th with the filth. Imagine if that was WAFFA?!

The fans will just say they were lucky etc.

After Newcastle beat these guys 4-2 the other week you'd think they had lost 4-2 such was the reaction!

Fact he got such a nothing game (sorry) says it all really - in the past he would have got one of the big ones.

The way we end seasons it's more likely that Chelsea would drop points but we wouldn't beat spurs.

Unlucky lads. Not a great way to lose out with Chelsea losing. Still a great season though an FA Cup and in Europe. You'll probably have a good run in the EL next season too.

Wonder if Newcastle should stick with Bruce or at if they should get a new manager to being their own players with a pre season? When they have everyone fit they're a solid mid table team but all it takes is Wilson / ASM / Willock going back to Arsenal and they're relegation fodder again.

Moyes got West Ham 6th and 65 points that is really incredible. I remember #Moyesout trending on twitter within 30 minutes of him being re appointed lol

Yes - we'd take that but guess its that frustration of missing out again on the final day.

Think they have been one team helped by having no fans!

Leeds had a cracking season mind

Really improved their defence after Christmas too which helped.

Lots of teams going to make life hard for us next season. We will have our work cut out to make Top 7. CL is now far away, we had our 2 chances and came close but not close enough.

Let's have a better EL campaign and see what happens next season.

No chance Kane stays with Spurs - can you see him playing in the Europa Conference? Really?

Questions to be asked of Ancelotti? A lot was made of their summer signings - looked good. Finished below newly promoted Leeds...

Leeds and West Ham have had fantastic seasons. Especially impressed with Leeds and they did not burn out like others (cough cough Leicester City....).

Everton with Ancelotti and big name signings and Sheffield United folding like they did must be the dissappointments. But tame Wolves and the north londoners (despite one of them having a last laugh at our expense) were also proper underwhelming.

But a league with so much money and so many great clubs, there is just not room enough at the top, so something and someone has to give. Looking forward to next season's rollercoaster already, but a deep breath and break from football induced stress is probably needed.

Newcastle up to 12th. Quite astonishing considering few weeks ago they were predicted to go down

Largely helped by crashing out to both League 1 Hull City and League 2 Crawley Town in the Cups, first games of their runs. They've been able to push at the end of the season when there's been nowhere near the same amount of fatigue in their players as their opposition.
