That final spot looks like Fulham or Brighton, though if I were a Newcastle or Crystal Palace fan I would be looking over my shoulder. Palace will be fine, 35 points will probably be enough this year and they've already got 22. Brighton or Fulham for me for sure, Burnley will win 2 or 3 games in 5 a couple of times and that'll keep it up.

ALC Fox Posted 3 January 2021 Share Posted 3 January 2021 Loved Eze's goal for Palace today. Such an elegant run and finish. He didn't need to smack it, he just put it in the bottom corner like he was putting his sleeping child to bed. Glorious.

It's not just footballers it's lots of people from all walks of life and all backgrounds taking the piss. Football is an entertainment industry, it's the service sector, their job is literally to entertain and they're paid untold millions for it. They have an obligation to entertain, to show some ambition. People on here have been misunderstanding the Bielsa hype all season. He's not loved because he's the best coach in the world, if he was he wouldn't be at Leeds. He's loved because he can keep a squad like Leeds' in the league, clearly a championship squad with zero quality and absolutely no stand out Premier League talent, comfortably mid table whilst playing fantastic, attacking football and sticking to his principles. He's the living, breathing embodiment of why Dyche is disrespected as a manager. In Dyche's head it's because he's a ginger white Englishman. The truth is, Bielsa could be Barry Smith from Dagenham and he'd still have the same reputation, its got **** all to do with being foreign and everything to do with being both competent and entertaining at once. deanolegend1989 Posted 3 January 2021 Share Posted 3 January 2021 Bielsa is the most overrated manager I’ve ever seen. He can’t speak English, he crouches down every game trying to find somewhere to sh*t and just tells his players to play and roll the dice. It’s embarrassing to watch really and it’s not entertaining on the whole. If I was a Leeds fan I’d not be happy to watch the odd battering when I also watch getting cleaned 4-1 vs us and Palace, hammered at Old Trafford and also were terrible vs Spurs today. I was much more entertained watching us go and put that fantastic performance at Spurs and Man City. Dyche, Smith, Moyes and even Wilder are far better managers than Bielsa but because he’s foreign and fashionable and at a stereotypical ‘big club’ he’s seen as some genius. If Bielsa had the quality of squad Burnley had, he’d have no clue and they would be relegated , if Dyche had Leeds squad they would be even better. When you have the likes of rafinha and Phillips, it’s not hard to have some quality attacking play. Hes so overrated and the media bore me to death of the stupid narratives they make up then stick to. 1

Popular Post CosbehFox Posted 3 January 2021 Popular Post Share Posted 3 January 2021 (edited) If there’s clear evidence of footballers breaking the rules such as this by Mendy, it should lead to the awarding of the match to opposition as they did in Scotland after Aberdeen players went on the p**s Edited 3 January 2021 by Cardiff_Fox
Popular Post Halifax Fox Posted 3 January 2021 Popular Post Share Posted 3 January 2021 The flouting of COVID rules by entitled, arrogant footballers isn’t helped by Moaninho including one such player in his match day squad. And this just hours after his latest moan about the Premier League being unprofessional regarding the calling off of the Spurs Fulham game. The manager is as reprehensible for his decision as the players for theirs and all are totally unprofessional.
