KingsX Posted 29 January 2021 Posted 29 January 2021 IT"S FINALLY HAPPENING Serge Aurier left the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium at half-time on Thursday when his side were losing 1-0 to Liverpool after a bust-up with manager Jose Mourinho in the dressing room, sources have told ESPN. Tottenham conceded four minutes into injury time at the end of the first half when Sadio Mane crossed the ball to Roberto Firmino, who ended Liverpool's barren run of 482 minutes without a league goal. Aurier was furious when Mourinho singled him out for criticism regarding the goal in the dressing room. Other players were also involved, with Eric Dier and Joe Rodon criticised for their role in the goal. Aurier engaged in a heated exchange with Mourinho, according to ESPN sources, and when Mourinho decided to substitute him before the start of the second half the Ivory Coast international decided to leave the stadium. Sources added that some players felt the half-time chaos in the dressing room, as well as Harry Kane's injury and the change of tactics, were among the reasons why Trent Alexander-Arnold scored just two minutes into the second half. I'd almost be happy to give them a League Cup this year ... for the joy of watching the massive Year Three Implosion and December Departure, just as all is written in the Book of Jose. 2

I don't even want them winning the League Cup. They are so sensitive about being Bottlers that I don't want that to ever end. 5 2

messerschmitt Posted 29 January 2021 Posted 29 January 2021 just overheard, as sky sports news is on in the background, Steve Bruce has a theory on why Newcastle are struggling, is this going to be on later? sounds like it could be comedy gold.

Sunbury Fox Posted 30 January 2021 Posted 30 January 2021 Amazing to see how much more attacking the team is that Everton are fielding against Newcastle than they did against us. No defence full of 4 centre backs, no full backs on the wing, Siggurdson in CM, etc. Shows how much they were scared to open up against us. 4

Ancelotti knew we would bury them if he dared go with the team he fielding today.
Stuntman_Mike Posted 30 January 2021 Posted 30 January 2021 When did Bruce turn into such a victim? He always seemed level headed and genuine before but he's coming across as a right whiny tart at the moment.

They compensated for not having Doucoure in their team. Ancelotti knew they were weaker for it with not having him in the team. And it's Newcastle. At home. It's much more likelier they'll get a result against them than they would against us, one of the most in-form away sides.
Popular Post Unabomber Posted 30 January 2021 Popular Post Posted 30 January 2021 Really can’t stand Richarlison, the way he dives around is a joke. 6

Ancelotti's no mug and they almost squeezed a win out of it. Yet another indication of how far we've come as a side.
foxinsocks Posted 30 January 2021 Posted 30 January 2021 Today the sun says : Jose hopes kane will be back for their "too four" clash with west ham Yet west ham are 5th and spurs are 6th... as of today it is not a top four clash
ALC Fox Posted 30 January 2021 Posted 30 January 2021 I swear Jeff Hendrick must be cursing the day he decided to sign for Newcastle over AC Milan. Of course, there's still a long way to go this season, but imagine the prospect of having a Serie A title on your CV. Yet he's playing in this stifled, unimaginative, milquetoast Newcastle side (I'm aware they've started this game with a bit more vim and vigour than usual, though). Horrific decision in hindsight. 1
Koke Posted 30 January 2021 Posted 30 January 2021 Newcastle have done well so far. Or maybe Everton are just crap. 1

Suzie the Fox Posted 30 January 2021 Posted 30 January 2021 Would be great for Newcastle to get something from this game, but based on 1st 20mins.. i just don't see it
Tielemans63 Posted 30 January 2021 Posted 30 January 2021 You need a box of Migraleve in close proximity to get through 90 minutes of watching Newcastle. **** me, they're a dull side.
Popular Post Halifax Fox Posted 30 January 2021 Popular Post Posted 30 January 2021 Richarlison has to be the most sulky, moaning, cheerless, sour individual. 5 1
