kingfox Posted 13 December 2020 Posted 13 December 2020 The boring and negative approach again Can’t say I’m surprised though, had a feeling he wouldn’t start Thomas, Praet, Barnes and Under as they played a full 90 on Thursday. The only time we should play five at the back is when Ricardo and Castagne are back, with the personnel we currently have it’s bloody shite.
AjcW Posted 13 December 2020 Posted 13 December 2020 All to cope with Lamptey.... who isn't in the squad.... 3

Popular Post matty98 Posted 13 December 2020 Popular Post Posted 13 December 2020 How can he not start Under or Barnes after their performances on thursday? It's a joke, we genuinely looked like a decent creative side yet he reverts straight back to this shite? Fuchs and Albrighton should be cover players and nothing more. 8
Crazy Kop Corner Posted 13 December 2020 Posted 13 December 2020 The problem for me is that the team needs 2 substitutions to make it better. 1
RowlattsFox Posted 13 December 2020 Posted 13 December 2020 Time to hide from the match thread As always for me, it depends how the performance goes before commenting. It was always likely to be this side. 2 1
Swarles Barkley Posted 13 December 2020 Posted 13 December 2020 5 at the back to cope with Lamptey who isnt playing 1
Dan Posted 13 December 2020 Posted 13 December 2020 Yeah once again that just doesn't fill me with confidence. Lacks width and lacks pace. I've a bad feeling we're about to see Fulham all over again. 1

foxfanazer Posted 13 December 2020 Posted 13 December 2020 Stop me if you think that you've heard this one before
Guest Manini Posted 13 December 2020 Posted 13 December 2020 Disappointed. But not surprised. Come on you boys in blue get it done.
Dahnsouff Posted 13 December 2020 Posted 13 December 2020 2 minutes ago, Mark said: “He’s only playing a back 5 until Ndidi is back” 🙄 It’s true, now that Wilf is back, it’s a back six
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 13 December 2020 Posted 13 December 2020 You get that sinking feeling with that line up, the only saving grace is hopefully Brighton won't be content just sitting off, if they do we all know deep down how this game is going to pan out, there's a quite simple method to defeating us playing that system, our main hope is perez has some spark.
Matt Posted 13 December 2020 Posted 13 December 2020 Did Rodgers not learn or take anything out of Thursday? FFS. 1

Like it was good enough against Fulham, Villa, West ham, very nearly came unstuck against Sheff Utd. Got hammered at an injury ravaged Liverpool. Its clearly not good enough. 2

Ric Flair Posted 13 December 2020 Posted 13 December 2020 4 minutes ago, Mark said: “He’s only playing a back 5 until Ndidi is back” 🙄 Fuming, just ridiculous. Also no Thomas on the bench so that means we have to put up with Fuchs there if we need to change it. 1 1
Beechey Posted 13 December 2020 Posted 13 December 2020 Not the system I’d have wanted, but having Ndidi back might hopefully give us more presence in midfield, something I think we’ve struggled with recently
rachhere Posted 13 December 2020 Posted 13 December 2020 At least we get to see Perez in a central role with Vards?
