Seriously lost for words with BR. I give up with repeating myself. As usual when we set up not to win:

- don’t be surprised  if we look like we did at Fulham if we concede first.

- we have a very good chance to not win vs Brighton now.

- we won’t create many chances and will need to knick it somehow by luck if we are to ever win this game.

Youd think we were playing in the Super league the way we’re set up. F off Brendan you arrogant c*nt.

I think that's a totally predictable starting X1 from Brendan.

I never expected to see Barnes or Under after they played 90 in midweek.

Like others, I want to see four at the back, but I can't see it happening until Soyuncu, Ricardo, Castagne etc  are fit

Hope for it, but didn't either.

90 minutes in a one-sided game indicated they wouldn't start tonight.

Really surprised Brendan has left Ünder on the bench again thought he really deserved a starting place following his last amazing European performances!

If we don't win this there'll be questions asked about Rodgers. How the hell can he think that team and formation is our best one with the players available?  Madness.

This whole day has been set up for us to steamroller this and catch up at the top.

Barnes and Under to come on and terrorise them 2nd half.

That team is good enough to beat Brighton.

Could have said the same about Fulham.

Listen, I’m not happy at all with the team selection or formation but Jesus Christ let’s see how the game goes before throwing the toys out!

If we win this we go within a point of the top. I swear I’d love to have seen some of the fans on here under Levine or Holloway!!

Time to hide from the match thread lol

As always for me, it depends how the performance goes before commenting.

It was always likely to be this side.

Yep,

I was just about to ask how many we lost by but then realised we haven't kicked off yet.

Looks like a 3-5-2 (1-1). As long as it isn't 3-4-3 then I'll be happy for what it's worth.

mentality wise we weren’t on against Fulham, but since then we have been on it you would hope the players are focused and deliver

On paper, that is a woeful team selection. Ndidi negates the need for 3atb somewhat. Stick Maddison in the middle and get a winger on.

Will we win? Maybe

Will it be entertaining? Doubt it

It was good enough to beat Fulham and West Ham too.

I know it's not an identical starting XI but the system and shape looks the same.
