Hammo Posted 3 February 2021 Posted 3 February 2021 So this week, people, Mr Perez is a right winger... 🤷🏻
The whole world smiles Posted 3 February 2021 Posted 3 February 2021 I could understand albrighton getting dropped for Under but for Perez? They are similar players in terms of work rate only Marc is superior in virtually every regard.
Crazy Kop Corner Posted 3 February 2021 Posted 3 February 2021 Hmmmm ……… I think Under's a spent force here - Very disappointing he's not starting with Perez likely to be ineffective on the right Not a great side that and I'm hoping I'm wrong - We need at least 2 subs to improve that selected team
RowlattsFox Posted 3 February 2021 Posted 3 February 2021 Yep clearly not an Under fan. Otherwise I'm ok with that, Choudhury energy gets him but he's just got to be sensible with his positioning and keep it simple on the ball. Perez and Iheanacho have looked ok before.
AKCJ Posted 3 February 2021 Posted 3 February 2021 (edited) Vontae Daley-Campbell and Thakgalo Leshabela on the bench as well. Hope we can afford to give them a run out. Edited 3 February 2021 by AKCJ
Pliskin Posted 3 February 2021 Posted 3 February 2021 How the **** does Perez get in after Leeds? In another position he’s proven to be mostly ineffective in? 3 1

AjcW Posted 3 February 2021 Posted 3 February 2021 A fired up Hamza with a point to prove absolutely terrifies me. But other than that, all good!
majaco Posted 3 February 2021 Posted 3 February 2021 Rodgers has clearly decided to build a team around Choudhury 1

Wouldn’t have minded seeing Ünder but Perez’s defensive contribution could be useful there with Ricky overlapping. Perez has no defensive contribution at all ... unless he is doing some invisible magic

Corky Posted 3 February 2021 Posted 3 February 2021 If Choudhury can sit deeper then it should give the back four a bit more protection than Mendy would. Would've had Under instead of Perez. 2
RowlattsFox Posted 3 February 2021 Posted 3 February 2021 At least we can turn to the bench to get a goal
kingfox Posted 3 February 2021 Posted 3 February 2021 That bench is bloody depressing. Choudhury, Perez and Iheanacho need to step up to the plate, if not then it will just go to show how bad our depth is in certain areas.

Dahnsouff Posted 3 February 2021 Posted 3 February 2021 If Perez and Nacho combine for a goal, do we have to continue to complain? 1
