How about we get back to being a decent club again and stick LOROS back on the shirts? 

Loros are brilliant and are a charity we should all get behind. 

 

But we as a club need to be pragmatic about our revenue streams. All being well moving away from the current sponso (for whatever ethical concerns) but if the club require to plug a huge funding gap then we should be looking at the best way to maximise our income. It's a business afterall with huge costs, the fall out from relegation, decimated squad with a fan base that expect a swift return to the PL.

Their logo is dog, the business can be dodgy as people who have gambling issues can absolutely treat securities trading the same way. Having said that, there's no need to make stuff up.

I think you can still technically have alcohol sponsorships in football. Budweiser are one of the PL's biggest partners. 

 

But anyone involved in advertising it - i.e. with it on their shirts, has to be 25 years old and over. 

 

Wouldn't be much point if that is the case as half of most sides would have a blank shirt.

Should be the same for betting companies IMO.
