All games at that level should be capped at £20. From the little I saw last season the standard is absolutely horrific. A far cry from when Pearson was ripping it up with our team.

Just read that Derby County only have 9 senior players registered at the club so Rooney has been joining in training to make up the numbers.

 

Goes in for a 50/50 tackle with Jason Knight and injures him.

 

Out for 3 months.

Rooney could probably have took his first managerial job anywhere in the championship, yet he's lumbered himself with the worst job possible. I guess serves him right for the dodgy deal he had when he signed for them originally, if I remember rightly.

This won't be a glorious return of fans. High ticket prices, crap kick-off times, booing of the taking of the knee.

 

Nothing has changed in the 17 months they've been away- the main issues still remain.

I'm sure we'll be switching on to Championship football in August 2036 to see Neil Warnock complaining to the fourth official while Don Goodman tells us anything can happen in this division.
