Chelsea would be an outside shout I reckon. Never afraid to spend money when an opportunity arises. The thing is we know very little about Messi and his aspirations considering he's always been at Barcelona. There might be a surprise if he fancies a project. Newell Old Boys is also one I wouldn't be surprised by.

PSG would be my guess, i just can't imagine him in England, even at a team like Manchester City. On the flip side, it will be interesting to see how it affects Barcelona who's existence seems built around him!
