Decent first half poor second half and lucky to come away with 3 points. Main positives were Vardy and Ricardo looking sharp at points. At least Rodgers has a week to work on the back line now

Amartey had some heart stopping moments but I guess that's what we've learned to love about him.... another CB in before deadline day?

My nerves are on edge every time he’s in possession of the football. Fk me Vestegaad is like a giraffe.

Does anyone have a video of the goal? I watched a stream but missed the goal and still haven’t seen a replay 🙄

Barnes was extremely average I thought.Hopefully they'll all improve as the season wears on.

I imagine he will need a good few games to get back to his usual self. We missed Evans/Fofana today in particular and Maddison looked very rusty too.

3 points, another game under the belt, decent.

Thank god Traore couldn't hit a barn door. For such a stacked pacey player, he really is dogshit. Spends more time on the floor than Perez.

Good to see Barnes back. Shame Daka didn't get on mind. Take the 3 points though, let's keep it rolling.

I can’t understand why at the first sign of trouble we change to a back five. I know we were struggling in the second half but that was mainly because Maddison was offering nothing and Perez had gone back to his usual self.

I can’t see how the change helped us, if anything it helped Wolves get through even more.

I would understand it against Man City or Chelsea, but Wolves???

Phew! That wasn't the most fun watch but great to get the victory.

One constant was the effort - everyone put a shift in, demonstrated by those blocks towards the end of the match. Professional way to close it out as well.

Too many gaps between the lines when we switched formation, something to learn from.

Thought Dan was much better second half and made some good blocks. Vestergaard needs time to settle in, but did play some good balls from the back through to midfield to kick start some moves off. RiccyP was MotM for me, with Vards a close second. Thomas and Tilly both had solid games as well.

Would like to see Daka come on at some point in the next game, but think BR may hold him more the cup games initially. Good to see Barnes back and driving at the opposition, just needs to improve his selection of either shot or pass over the next few games.

Traore owned us quite a few times today, but sitting back and trying to soak up the pressure does not really work for us, another day and we could have been 2 or 3 down. We need to try and stick with a back four and let them gel more.

Vardy looked like the years are finally catching up with him at the end there

Curious how Rodgers is going to transition Daka into the team. If we had scored another goal at the beginning of the half I'm guessing Rodgers would have brought Daka on instead of Vestergaard.
