Its not easy to come back from his injury...

This is his time ..>.August<  to first get game-time in his legs.

I Didnt expect more...

What you're saying is no doubt true, but this is the post match thread. In this match , I didn't think he was great.

Strong first half, solid and resolute second. Their biggest chances came from our own mistakes. Wolves look a much better side under Lage already. What a fantastic goal to win it.

At the end of the day the psychological boost of getting a home win so early is the main thing I'm taking away from today! Would have been massive if we'd lost IMHO.

First off a win is key. Getting off to a good start is paramount but Brendan's tactics second half worry me. We were clearly by far the superior team first half but setting up to defend second half invited Wolves on and if they had a finisher like Vardy they would have come away with the win. We should have been looking to impose our superiority on an inferior team. If Rodgers persists with this timid approach I fear he will be missing a trick and it will cost us. Not sure why he does it.

I know its Vesters first appearance but he was not very dominant in the air and is slower turning than an aircraft carrier.

Will be fine once he's got some minutes in his legs and done some proper teamwork in training. He's had no pre-season and two days with the lads. Tough time to come on aswell when we were already looking beyond shakey. He'll be fine. I mean, imagine coming on on the back-foot and having to play in a three with Amartey? Nightmare scenario really.

You’ve got to give credit to Wolves, on another day they could’ve had 3.

I half agree but I think it would be wrong not to acknowledge the improvement from Wolves in the second half. They were vastly improved and their manager deserves credit for changing their shape.

Gah. Can't believe we didn't score in that second half. Leicester weren't as good as I was expecting, and we weren't as poor as I was expecting. Thought a draw might have been a fair result overall.

Ah well, at least I made a bit of cash out of it

You only got 4 to 1 for that?

This is what I learnt at he KP:

Soumare needs to get up to PL speed.... but he is very promising.

Iheanacho would be a better starter at 10 than Maddison.

I cannot understand why Rodgers persists with Ayoze Perez.
