Is Salah better than Messi?

Just asking for another's opinion because I think he may be.

Not for me.

You must be kidding. In an All-time Greatest Ever Footballers list Messi is Number One. Salah maybe squeezes into the Top 50.

No, but I don't think it's as far off as some are saying.

Ruud van Nistelrooy has the highest win rate of any Manchester United manager in history.

You can find any old bollocks if you look hard enough, not to mention the person that wrote article called it Soccer

Only 6 in the league.

If he continues scoring 12 in a row would be against us!

Records will always be broken. It's an accomplishment to be proud of when you make it. I'm surprised it hasn't been beaten by Haaland, kane or  Salah (when you look back at the last 5 years)

Salah has never come close to Messi in 2011/12?

I agree. It's further than what people are suggesting.

Of course there is still time to go in this season where Salah has 30 goals but Messi went 13 seasons in a row scoring that many and he got 50+ in 6 of them.

Salah is a world class footballer. Messi is an alien who will forever be the greatest.

Relegation and the title sewn up by mid Feb. Even Sky will struggle to make the run-in interesting. 3 months of dead rubbers and "the race for 5th"

Liverpool will dominate for years to come , who is going to challenge them ? Loathsome club , full of entitlement . Hopefully sky sports subscribers will cancel in their millions .

Half of what Peter the Poet comes out with makes no ****ing sense whatsoever

Part of the reason I barely ever watch Super Sunday even when it's an appealing game. Can't stand him.

Salah is an excellent footballer, but Messi is an exceptional footballer.

Posing stuff on the internet doesn't make it true. I cite half the posts on this forum as an example :D

Messi is flat out better at everything in football compared to Salah. Should you want to compare the stats too, that's not really gonna work out well for Mo as well. See, the thing is, Salah is the most 'in form' player this season in one of the top 5 leagues.22 Dec 2024

Ok. I guess I was wrong then and just seeing similarities.
