Said it in the match thread, but that wasn't a mistake/error, it was gross incompetence. Wasn't a great free kick anyway but the fact he thought he and his wall was set up anything close to properly, is embarrassing. I genuinely would have done a better job. Should never play professional football again after that

He did make a couple of saves today to earn the win, but isn't exactly in the Hermansen/Iversen category, let alone the (vintage) Schmeichel one.

A back up keeper, demonstrating once more why he’s a back up keeper. Dives In instalments and nearly cost the game today. A terrible signing by Martin and that one decision above anything else could be ultimately the reason he loses his job. A keeper that can’t use his feet and is prone to mistakes like the free kick today as well as an inability to get to down low shots. He is a massive problem and needs to be benched. Bring in an emergency keeper - 4th choice at Saints Ramsdale, despite his many flaws is miles ahead of this clown.
