Stolarcyck's injury is a clear as day example of why this sort of signing is needed.

 

All it takes is another oaf barging into McCarthy and we're down to one senior keeper with us needing to keep French and Bausor around every Saturday and Tuesday.

 

Rather spend £50k to ensure they can keep playing youth football.

Never really understood the need for 3 senior keepers, never mind 4. If you have 3 and they all get injured you can either get an emergency loan or use an academy player surely.

 

 

It's one of football's oddities I've never really understood.

But to complete the season with Mccarthy and Ravizzoli would be unwise. 

 

So many teams have 3rd keepers. No harm in this when it's probably barely touching the sides in terms of money
