whoareyaaa Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 He's brilliant, feel sorry for him playing for a team like us. I don't know why people keep saying this if we stay up and add a few quality players he will be the star man next season for us and will get regular first team football in the epl which is what he wants.
MPH Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Scored more in three starts than vardy has all season.
lgfualol Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Scored more in three starts than vardy has all season. Vardy is tied on goals with Wasilewski and Konch
MPH Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 I don't feel sorry for him. He's got a fantastic opportunity to put himself in the shop windows to earn a regular starting spot for a top team. He's a good lad and a great player. Whatever happens next season, I'll be following his career for a good few years and I'll make sure every footy fan who admires him knows he once played for Leicester.
Tuna Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 And Own Goal! (We havent had any have we though!).
Guest ttfn Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 I don't understand why Davie Provan commentates on the Premier League
Danno Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 And Own Goal! (We havent had any have we though!). Mignolet
whoareyaaa Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 he's great on the ball, his touches, passes etc.. needs to get his shot away quicker or play the ball quicker takes far to long on it which leads to nothing, this will come with time though.
theessexfox Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Worked his socks off and his link up play is superb.
Spicer Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 He lacks composure. But he is still a very good player.
Grewks Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 He lacks composure. But he is still a very good player. Don't agree. The amount of times he receives the ball...waits...and then turns his man suggests he has plenty of composure. Its a lack of speed, which he will get with game time. Nuge and Vardy will be better for him than Mahrez and Jeff IMO.
Collymore Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 He lacks composure. But he is still a very good player. I think he has a lot of composure but he didn't display it one time today.
ScouseFox Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 one or two snapshots he made for himself otherwise spent 90 minutes running alone in a triangle between jagielka, Howard and stones whilst watching the ball go over his head. on the rare occasion he got the ball on the floor he did nice stuff with it.

Wasn't his fault.
whitlock Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Surely there is slight hope we can hold onto him in the Championship? He would bag 25+
desertfox2 Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Surely there is slight hope we can hold onto him in the Championship? He would bag 25+ He would break all records
CosbehFox Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 He lacks composure. But he is still a very good player. That very clever shot in the first half just over says otherwise. Although I see your point with chance at the end.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Wasn't his fault. I don't think Scouse was criticising him for it, more the lack of service.
lee7 Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 No chance that we'll keep him when we go down, if there was a slim chance of him staying then I'm confident he'd get 25+ goals next season. I felt for him today, at times he was competing for aimless hoofs in his direction and when he wasnt he was chasing the ball alone across the Everton defence whilst they played triangles around him. When he gets the ball to feet and gets half decent service he looks dangerous, I just hope he can get a better standard of service in our remaining games.
Clever Fox Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 He showed clearly that he has a strikers instincts in making room for himself. He's young and will get better but It's asking too much from the lad asking him to play a lone roll upfront.
