Oh do one, will you? 2 minutes ago, the fox said: Mahrez pretty much cost us a point Oi, don't you start as well 1 minute ago, Babylon said: I didn't think he was that bad. No worse than most weeks. Agreed. He got most of the big calls right (Sterling offside aside which was the lino's call), but it was needless to blow the whistle as much as he did. Killed the flow of the game completely which probably suited us more. Just now, KFS said: Oh **** off and take all your weird mates with you. He sulks around and does **** all, he's done it for months you blind ****. Embarrassing.
Webbo Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 I'm sure Griezman did the same as Mahrez in the week, I bet that's why the ref didn't give it. Deserved a point at least.
sishades Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 In fourty years that is the first "double kicked" penalty I have ever seen. City were alright today against a top four club and showed more spirit and fight than the Arse game. With regards to the ref that elbow assault was a red card all day.
orangecity23 Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Clearly defenders in the box on that Mahrez pen, ****ing eagle eye Madley didn't spot them though, quelle suprise.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Ref was shit like every single time we have him. The linesmen are just as bad. One lied twice on decisions he could simply not see. Mahrez shouldn't be taking pens at all. Slip might have been unlucky but his penalty success rate isnt good enough. Think City played ok first half but we helped make it easy for them with a silly Benny tackle...after the officials give them a blatant offside goal. Reckon that pen at other end would be ruled out for that?? Wouldn't have even been seen

foxes_rule1978 Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Frustrating really but Man City needed the points more than we did, a draw would have been the right result
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 IF - you wish to complain about the referee's decisions, you can't really complain at the penalty call because that was the correct decision. You show your ingrained bias by doing so.
Number 6 Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Their first debatable but ref was correct about the pen. How do you slip when doing such a crap stutter run up anyway. Time Vards takes them.

Anyone who blames that on Mahrez clearly has an agenda
AmarteyAndChill Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 People who think gray can replace Mahrez are in for a shock next season

Countryfox Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Mrs CF knows absolutely sod all about football, but she asked me why we let Mahrez take penalties ... In all seriousness can someone out there tell me so that I can tell her ...

UPinCarolina Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Can anyone explain why we're cannibalizing each other in the post-match thread, when the real enemy is trouncing along in the colors of the second opposition side today? This was all about Madley and friends.
ZeGuy Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Rarely got so emotional for a football game except for the german team. I hate the ref, I hate the Emtpyhad, I hate ManCity. The team fought bravely and deserved the draw. Should have been a 2-2 if it weren't for Mahrez's unfortunate slip. To the all the "fans" slating him for that, shame on you. I never saw that kind of hate in my life. He's one of your best players ever and I genuinely can't believe how much some of you just want him gone. You don't deserve him. To the mods, especially Mark: If you think this post is argumentative, it really is this time. If you ban me for that, you can as well delete my account. Some of the posts I read in this match thread are downright disgraceful and I just can't keep my mouth shut about that.
Sammy Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Sterling has just tried to claim he intentionally made sure he didn't touch it for their first goal hahahahahahahhaha
breadandcheese Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Considering we put out half a reserve team today, well done to the lads. Should have got a point but that's football.
lgfualol Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Great game. Not that bothered about the result as we're safe. We should have taken the game to them from the start, their defence is shit. The refereeing was shit and the sooner we get video refs the better. I love Albrighton, it was ****ing great seeing him riled up. Chilwell was great and should play for the rest of the season, King was decent. Great Shinji goal. Benalouane will be disappointed tackling with his entire body.
Guest the fox Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Its funny that the ref saw the two touches but not the two man city players in the box. The ref ruined the game.
