I don't get why anyone would doubt Iborra anyway he's probably had the most consistent performances at the highest levels out of anyone in our squad

Hardly seen him play much myself.

Even if he was below par against West Brom it would be stupid to write him off based on one game.

Bournemouth and Huddersfield aren't great though.

Not bad either being away, Huddersfield are no mugs on the crest of a wave... and we are always total gubbins at Bournemouth.

Points wise we aren't really far off what I'd have expected at this stage with results going as you'd expect. I'd have preferred a lot more obviously.

One of Okazaki's very best games. Really impressive display and unlucky not to get the full 90. Iborra controlled the game for an hour. Mahrez showed his class at last. If Vardy had finished that chance, we would have been spared the late anxieties. Fortunately Swansea can't shoot and Maguire is a top defender, so three beautiful points it is. Happy days.

Not going to over analyse and lose the joy of an away win. Well done to the players, going to go out and get slaughtered to celebrate.

Happy with the three points. Outplayed them and let's be honest we should have had more whilst we gave them a soft goal.

Swansea were shit though, looked terrible especially first half.

For me Iborra, Okazaki and Mahrez werr the stand out players.

Need to take this performance and keep it going in the next few games

If our second goal had been against us we'd have been screaming offside.

Honestly thought it was level from the one angle I'd seen, Mahrez knee inline with their players trailing foot.

I couldn't be certain but he looked a fraction off to me.

Leeds finally won today as well so hopefully they wont be as desperate on Tuesday lol

I don't half fancy Iborra.

To answer whoever asked, he looked like he knew where everything and everyone was, and never ever looked pushed for time. Made it look like a working midfield.

We could have scored a sackful.

We were passing it around beautifully in the first half.

We had several counter attacks - how good does that feel?

Our keeper looked reasonably solid.

Our centre backs were brilliant.

Shinji is on fire.

Albrighton and Mahrez looked like they have regained a bit of form.

Accentuate the positive.

Oh it's so nice to come in and see positive posts

I haven't seen any of the match threads so if somebody wants to give a quick summary it would be appreciated

Cheers

Good win but it raises the question, is it down to the players only performing when they choose to, or is it down to the manager? Possibly a combination of both in our case.

Doesn't put our players in the best light though turning up straight after the sacking of 2 managers.

Sounded good, sounded attacking!

Onwards and upwards!

Everything is all looking slightly more positive, i'm only relying on the radio but we sounded good, positive, and won, up the 13th, fans putting pressure on Rudkin (Which needs to continue).

Oooh and it sounded like Mahrez turned up! Anyone know where he's been? :dunno:

(Yes, I know he scored on Monday, i'm being sarcastic, but seriously when did he last give us a full decent 90 minutes!)

It does now feel like we panicked abit on Shakespeare (I can certainly understand that view from an outsider) but he had to go, we were going no-where under him and it was very frustrating, I just hope we make the right appointment this time.

Scurrilous bollocks, I'm afraid.

Cheers for the game thread, I run out of 'likes' before the game

I think her two points were vital in us getting 3 points. Just look at Shinji, he just can't stop scoring!
