The guy, for all his ability, is an arsehole. The measure of the man : once witnessed him get a driver to drive his car to the doors after a match. Couldn't bring himself to walk. Shinji, at this time, was signing any autograph he could. Blokes a ****. Talented footballer, sure, but he's a ****. There's absolutely nothing offensive in his comment. Nothing. He just said that the way of doing things and the atmosphere are different. Calm and professional is not a dig, they already had won the league (which is basically their first objective every season) many times. We didn't. So yeah, they know better how to react in this type of situation. But feel free to see it the way it suits your agenda.
Aus Fox Posted 9 March 2019 Posted 9 March 2019 Brighton Palace has to be the strangest derby in world football.

Nalis Posted 9 March 2019 Posted 9 March 2019 The Crystal Palace atmosphere has to be one of the most overrated in football, sounds a lot lounder on TV. Anytime I've been to Palace the home fans have been shite.
PhillippaT Posted 9 March 2019 Posted 9 March 2019 I hear we've not got the only supporters that boo if the ball goes backwards, then (Watching the Palace/Brighton match)

You are using your own dislike of the guy to read something there isn’t there He’s saying that everyone at Man City has won the title before so everyone is good (calm and relaxed) where here nearly everyone hadn’t won it and quite rightly there was nervousness and anxiety in the squad
Brainy Posted 9 March 2019 Posted 9 March 2019 A penalty a week for this lot Its funny because it is most definitely Townsend looking for it by sticking his leg out and it is most definitely guess work from Pawson because his view was blocked

Nalis Posted 9 March 2019 Posted 9 March 2019 Great goal Knocky. Thought Schlupp has had a fairly decent match too.
MC Prussian Posted 9 March 2019 Posted 9 March 2019 Spurs. Everton. Kudos to Southampton and Newcastle. Brilliant comeback each.
Tuna Posted 9 March 2019 Posted 9 March 2019 No fixtures for Southampton and Cardiff until 30th March after today.
