They're still dangerous, Falcao & Quintero especially and Yeri Mina off set pieces. Think the reason Sterling is a starter is because although he is wasteful most of the time, no matter how wasteful and poor he plays he will run around, cause havoc and create space for others, from time to time he does pop a couple in the net too.
