We could be appointing Steve Cottrell and there'd be a section considering it an improvement (unless they want to admit they were wrong about how anyone could do better). Rodgers could turn out to be an even bigger train wreck in time, but his appointment actually makes me excited. His Swansea and Liverpool teams were great to watch! We've all seen the pinnacle of what our club can achieve in the miracle title win, but you know what turning up every week to see my team trying to play some good stuff and getting me on the edge of my seat again... yeah that would be pretty good!
