Big picture wise, tonight's result meant absolutely nothing for your top 4 chances. It's Wolves and Man Utd results you have to worry about, not Chelsea's.

Okay you might drop to 4th ultimately. Still CL after 38 games though.

It gives us more options.

We always feel that Utd and Wolves (especially Utd) have such an easy run of games, as Chelsea’s games look a bit trickier so it was a back up plan.

Now it feels like it’s over for us. It’s literally down to us more than ever now. We won’t hold on due to other teams, we will have to get at least 3 wins now ourselves

I’ve been moaning all week how we are throwing it away but now I think it’s gone.

We have got to accept now we’re not favourites and it’s gone.

Ill go as far to say from here, if we were to somehow turn it around and qualify from here, it would be an incredible achievement. I’m resigned to us not doing it now.

Today’s a killer. With Chelsea having City and us Brighton we needed to increase the gap..to actually lose ground is an absolute killer.

Major trouble.

Confused emoji.

its gone? Jesus. Melt down. Log off pal

We have gone from 1/6 to 4/11 to make the top 4..in 5 days.
When will people realise the seriousness of our decline . We have made an easy situation a joke!

Right, so its not "the reality" that we aren't favourites to qualify anymore. The reality is that bookies give us a 75% chance of making top 4. And we might not even need to finish 4th to get Champions League.

Everyone realises we've been poor for ages but we have to hope the manager and players can rouse themselves for the last push.

Not going to lie, it's a little stressful and nervy but let's be positive - we are 3rd still and in the fa cup still! Hopefully the lads all watched that match and are pumped for Sunday.  They can do it they just need to believe and play like they know they can.

Don’t mind Liverpool as a team, nor the fans that actually go. It’s just the ones that you go to work with that have never been in their lives because “it’s hard to get tickets”. They pretend they’re on the same level as a proper fan.

Exactly this. Post 24/7 about the club and stuff, how they have proper fans, how Anfield has a proper atmosphere, but they've been once in 25 years and make no attempt to go, not even in the early rounds of the cups.

Anyone who has been on the forum for only ten minutes since Saturday will know about our decline. We can all see the table too.

We just have to hope they turn it around and quickly.

Which is how it should be, we should have to earn a top 4 place, not have it given it to us because of other teams tripping up.

We were cruising to Champions League football at one point, i`m not sure whether a bit of complacency set in, with us being so far ahead of the 5th place, and with the defeats to Man City and Liverpool around christmas effectively ruling out any chance of an unlikely title challenge, or whether the injuries to Vardy and Ndidi after christmas started the rot, or maybe it has been a bit of both those factors, also the injury to Ricardo is not helping us at the moment either.

At the end of the season though, if we don`t make the top 4, then we will have only ourselves to blame.

Welcome to the winners enclosure Liverpool, est. 1992.

Love it me. The absolutely giant clubs like Liverpool, Man United, Arsenal who have won it and we’re just sat there too. What a piece of history.
