dmayne7 Posted 26 December 2022 Posted 26 December 2022 He's not even been on the pitch for the whole half and so many have been abysmal yet he's been on another level. Utterly abject. So incredibly weak
HybridFox Posted 26 December 2022 Posted 26 December 2022 I don't think he was that bad. Him and Vardy at least tried to play it forward 1

RowlattsFox Posted 26 December 2022 Posted 26 December 2022 Says everything when I think Perez was probably our 'best ' player today
lcfc_forever Posted 26 December 2022 Posted 26 December 2022 Yeah, wasn’t the worst player - he played a couple of decent balls and played between the lines, while others didn’t move much and just kept passing backwards. The team was poor and lacked creativity.

By his usual appalling standards, he had a great game tonight. But he is stinks far more than he shines. But pleased it made you happy.
Raj Posted 30 December 2022 Posted 30 December 2022 It says something when we are actively looking for a reason why a £30 million player isnt SO crap!! He made a run, he made a pass...ffs...hes sh1t.
fox_favourite Posted 30 December 2022 Posted 30 December 2022 To be fair to him today, I thought he did alright. Was trying the right things and the corners were decent. 1

If you go through most of our best results in the last few years, you'll find he's started nearly all those games. He might blow hot and cold in terms if his attacking influence from game to game but he certainly plays his part in the team unit and we're usually a better team when he plays. 8
Hammo Posted 30 December 2022 Posted 30 December 2022 He’s a half decent technical footballer but his big problem has always been that he is so easily dispossessed. Whether it is because of simply being lightweight, or slow, or to do with his head-down style when he is on the ball, but the fact is he just doesn’t do enough to - as they say in NFL - “look after the football”. 1
Guest Col city fan Posted 31 December 2022 Posted 31 December 2022 He’s just not adding anything is he? I had hopes for Pérez but it’s time to go
Bptiger Posted 31 December 2022 Posted 31 December 2022 A under 10 would not get pushed of the ball as easy as him , he just doesn’t look enthusiastic no matter what he is doing , for me he is a waste of space .
sm1 Posted 31 December 2022 Posted 31 December 2022 He's already packed his bags and looking forward to a move back to Spain.
funkyrobot Posted 31 December 2022 Posted 31 December 2022 He was by no means the worst player out there. We lost some momentum when he went off if we are honest. Easily dispossessed at times but equally so is KDH and Barnes.
SheppyFox Posted 31 December 2022 Posted 31 December 2022 That pass over the defence to barnes in the box was sublime, if KDB did that for Man City, carragher would have been knocking one out and foaming at the mouth over his ability. Banana feet wasted it ofcourse. 2
Sunbury Fox Posted 31 December 2022 Posted 31 December 2022 Thought he was very decent tonight - and our best player on Boxing Day (admittedly against very little competition). He's obviously no Maddison, though. 2
