Would like to see him in the two up front in a 352 formation.

But not interested in him playing on the wing. The guy offers nothing. Absolutely anonymous

Partly agree if really needed because of injury but, would you want him there instead of Vardy and Iheanacho?

He’s not a winger but he’s not good enough to change the system up to play to his strengths either.

Not a winger, more of a striker for me, would have been good if we'd have put him central with nacho with Albrighton on the wing in a 442, his close control in the box is pretty good

Doesn't fit with our system.

Certainly not a winger - not pacey enough, gets pushed off the ball and goes down too easily. Nice control inside the box, but rarely actually touches the ball in the box.

A waste of space and his continued selection for me casts doubt on Rodgers reasons and motivation to do so.

Who replaces him though? Gray is shite and Albrighton doesn’t fit Rodgers system?

Doesn't suit us. Not a winger.

Good footballer and I think his one two's with Ricardo are good but play him centrally ffs.

What system? None of them fit it at the moment 12 points out of 12 games would suggest. Albrighton would at least stay on his feet, work hard and put crosses into the box. The fact that nobody is in the box is more about the inadequacy of our forward play. I think Iheanacho would benefit from him. Whatever Gray is or isn't, he's not been given the opportunities Perez has had and he certainly couldn't don't any worse.

Gray has been given ample playing time to produce something. He’s as useful as a wank stain on black trousers. There is a system, but we have too many underperforming players who are integral to that style which means things aren’t working, replacing them with other players who also don’t complement our style won’t help either. What we need is a couple of wins the break the dip.

What we really need is a specialist on the right and not another mediocre squad filler utility player like Perez.

Another 'pretty' player. Lightweight, inconsistent, not especially quick, doesn't involve himself in games... might be a 10 or a striker, who knows, but there's no point playing him on the wing, or as a 'wide attacker', if you like. When I saw the team sheet I said 'Perez? Wow, we're screwed.'

I've not been especially impressed with Marc since Rodgers turned up, but we know full well that he's a competent winger, and at very least adds physicality, energy, and proper protection for full backs (one of the principal reasons for our loss yesterday). Perez, in that role, is a 1 in 6 player. Like Chilwell on the left, he's costing us points and you didn't need to be an expert to see that he needed taking out of the side some time back.

I agree, we need to go for two out and out wingers in the summer, ideally, but I guess we will see!

Not a very good player. I realised a few games ago each time he gets the Ball subconsciously I sigh thinking an attack has broken down. For £30 million, he offers very little. Unfortunately, I think he is the best of a bad bunch (for our ambitions) in a problem area.

The weakest player to have ever taken to a football field. I've never seen a player so easily brushed off the ball. Heck, half the time he isn't even brushed off the ball he just falls over at the thought of a challenge.
