He's been brilliant most of the season next to Evans but less convincing each time we've moved to a back three, I thought it was because he was moved onto the right earlier in the season but the same has happened staying left of the three in the last few matches.

What a guy! Least he cares and was fuming with goings on! Just displayed it wrong! Considering he loves giving pain and a nutter according to some 4 prem yellows and 1 reds nothing!

Frustration boiled over, yes he was stupid but at least he has apologized and also shown some passion. Not the right passion but frustration clearly boiled over. Lesson learnt the hard way!

I think he knew we were ****ed - no way were we scoring 2 without Nacho on the pitch - and lashed out in anger.

Stupid, but I almost can't blame him, because I felt nearly that angry myself just watching the game.

Let’s be honest, he’s always had the potential for this but I didn’t expect it at the most important point in his career so far.

If this is his mentality when the going gets tough then sell him, Fergie would.

Would he? Rooney did alright

Think Soyunchu and Evans have both looked pretty poor since the restart after having good seasons earlier on. Both have been directly at fault for a few goals and Kasper has had to get them out of trouble too often (not today of course) and we've severely lacked defensive leadership over the second half of the season and been conceding too many soft goals since Christmas (we're 14th in the 2020 table).

However I really don't think the back 3 suits either Soyunchu or Evans at all. Both look completely lost in it.

He’s been poor recently. Not been at the races and tonight I guess was the finale.

hes been great all season but somethings happened, albeit not just with him.

Deserves his ban. I know he was pushed but booting the leg out from another player like that is scummy as ****, not not be able to control that anger and to direct it at another player.

Twat

? The guy apologises and this is all you can say? Both him and Kasper have the balls to at least come out and apologies (what else can they really do now?) but BR still thinks it's not his fault at all and it's all to do with his players?

Still a huge twat for doing it and I stick by what I said, if it’s a sign of what can happen then move him on.

Calm down. His discipline has been pretty good this season, and so has his defending. Talk about an over reaction. BR is so much more at fault for todays results than anyone on the pitch - but he's not taking any blame.

He has been superb all season it was a silly error

but he has been fantastic most of the season and is the sort of old school player dearly lacking in the modern game

Like the lad a lot.

So that's both Kasper and Cags who have apologised and took responsibility for their mistakes.

We're now just waiting on Rodgers to do the same.

Don’t be silly, it was Nachos fault for having a bad game...

Dont be daft. He is one of the best cb we have had in years.

You can tell Cags and Google translate wrote that between them, not one of his ‘people’ and it was sincere. Brendan had better get this lot in this morning for the post-mortem but knowing him he’ll give them the day off because, you know, they deserve it 😖

Still love the big man. Stupid thing to do and hopefully he learns from it but he’s had a great season overall. X

yep, he was pissed off by what was happening. Think we all felt the same.

Fergie stood by Cantona, Keane, etc.

Vardy seed red mist too but less as he has got older. I think we need to cut him some slack - hopefully he learns from his mistakes.
