That_Dude Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 Disappointing to say the least. Encouraging first 5 minutes or so but as soon as they scored, our morale crumbled. They were shite but we showed absolutely nothing. Deserved loss.
Farrington fox Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 Can’t risk Gray again. He’s a mutton headed fvcker.
Shamomoa Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 im trying to be positive but that was shit i really thought we would have a gd game against these they are not great at all should have gone all out wtf is it with 2dm we always play shit ffs just go for it from the start we might aswell have done because that performance was shite.
ozleicester Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 Badly set up Players seemed to not know what was expected second to the ball ignored Vardy

Guest SO1 Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 Hard to watch and Atkinson made it worse. Should have been 0-0
lgfualol Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 Brendan almost wanted them to win that. Too much respect for a depleted side with some of their best players out. Crap day overall. Nobody was particularly good. No different from when Puel was here.
adam Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 Crap game. Rodgers cocked that up. Far too negative. Need to stop playing 2 defensive midfielders. Not needed today at all especially when you look at their midfield. Disappointing!
HankMarvin Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 Did Ricardos shit doppelgänger play today

MC Prussian Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 I want a rematch. Complete farce. One team didn't show up, and the other was protected by the referee. Struggling for words to describe this non-show. Haven't been this upset about a team performance for a while. Can't think of any player to come out of this with any positives, the international break has done its job again. And Rodgers' tactics.... Just... This Manchester United team was there for the taking. But no... Starting Gray... GRAY!!
Fightforever Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 We won't go top6 we need a holding mid that can actually move the ball and we need a left footed winger one that can pitch in with some goals.
Tielemans63 Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 Still got faith in BR but for goodness sake man, stop picking two DM's. Lets attack teams and ffs don't waste Madders on the wing.
whoareyaaa Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 both teams created absoluetly nothing. ref wins. I think we need to move on from this formation now though.
egg_fried_rice Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 We looked like the occasion and the hype got to us today and we weren't able to cope with our chances of winning being talked up. I don't think that was helped by the set up from Rodgers - in starting with Hamza and Wilf you are sending a message to the players that suggests the opposition's midfield is dangerous and that a safety first approach is best. We all saw the improvement when Maddison dropped next to Youri and when Perez came on for the wasteful Gray, but by then it was too little too late. If we want to make this top six push a reality, we need to not be afraid to play front foot football and take the game to the opposition whoever they are and wherever they play. Manchester United were poor today, make no mistake - a bad performance by us was only beaten by a soft penalty. Disappointing because it was such a missed opportunity, but weve had plenty worse results over the years. I hope and believe we can learn from today. Onwards and upwards.
FoxesFourLife Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 Rogers to blame Gray??? Perez??? No Albrighton and Barnes on tooo late
Poznan34 Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 rubbish, didn't turn up. all that hype...very disappointing. can't remember us having a decent chance.
Guest Kopfkino Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 Two poor teams separated by a bit of naivety and Rashford throwing himself to the ground. Rodgers got it completely wrong again, too negative but also not astute enough early on to settle the game into our rhythm. Tbf they were tactically solid, looked like they'd done their work. Solskjaer gets mocked but he's pissed all over Brendan today and without key players. Has Atkinson ever reffed us and not been a ****? That booking for Chilwell at the end summed the man up.
orangecity23 Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 We might not deserve to win the game, but Man U definitely didn't deserve too. Atkinson was an absolute disgrace of the highest order. Books Chillwell when McScumbag goes down and holds onto the ball to prevent the throw in? Dafuq? HOW? We've been too defensive, but **** it. Atkinson has won them the game. The peno was a farce, but his influence in general play, allowing them to get away with so many fouls, refusal to book United players despite some of them racking up 10+ chances to do so, completely stopped us from taking control of the game. They've kicked the shit out of Maddison today, and he's aided and abetted them at every turn. He's basically fixed that match, Man U deserve **** all out of it. Sky Sport's favourite Billion Pound Neil Warnock team gently shuffling Ashley Young down the line to try and waste 30 seconds + per throw in all afternoon after a dodgy set piece goal, while Media pricks lap it up.
TMELcfc Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 Utter garbage and now nailed on we will never win at Old Trafford if you can't beat that sh*t. Would like to hear from Brendan on why decided on being negative and slow all game... pathetic performance. Top 6 my arse
RowlattsFox Posted 14 September 2019 Posted 14 September 2019 Up there with some of the worst games I've seen. We were shit, they were shit. McTominay best player on the pitch which says everything about how shit everyone else is. How long does Rodgers get away with stuff with getting criticism? No plan b and I'm not even sure what plan a is. No creativity, no control, slow and if Vardy doesn't get in we don't score. We are massively overrated.
