Guest Basildon Fox Posted 29 October 2019 Posted 29 October 2019 Made harder work of that than it should have been after going 2 up on 20 mins. Still good result. Thought their keeper played very well.
lozzyblue fox Posted 29 October 2019 Posted 29 October 2019 A home tie would be nice just for a change
Leicesterpool Posted 29 October 2019 Posted 29 October 2019 Colchester United or Oxford Utd in the next round I think
Al-aLondon-Foxile Posted 29 October 2019 Posted 29 October 2019 When is the draw for the next round? I wanna know if we’re home or away to Man City?
surrifox Posted 29 October 2019 Posted 29 October 2019 WE will get Everton in the quarters hopefully at home
Happy Fox Posted 29 October 2019 Posted 29 October 2019 Got the job done, I reckon it will be Chelsea away

oxtonfox Posted 29 October 2019 Posted 29 October 2019 My hope: Man City in the final at Wembley. Repeat of the 1969 FA Cup Final, 50 years later. Can we get our own back and for all those flaming penalty shootout losses recently?
Foxymcoxy Posted 29 October 2019 Posted 29 October 2019 Gray with an assist and 2 lovely 'hockey' assists if I'm not mistaken. Shame he hasn't found better goal scoring form still but definitely impacting games more now.

All of our wingers need to be a lot more clinical, it’ll make the difference between a great season and a decent season. Really? We were great for the first 10 minutes and poor for large parts after that. We created alot of chances and their keeper made some good stops, but we allowed them far too many chances as well. Without the Ward save and the Choudhury clearance off the line, could have been very different. Our passing and defending was dreadful at times.
copunk Posted 29 October 2019 Posted 29 October 2019 Job done, was very nervy at times, thought gray was terrific, always on the front foot and driving at their full back, felt justin and hamza were a bit unsteady, glad for nacho to bag a goal, he harried well and put in a good shift
Marshall Cockney Fox Posted 29 October 2019 Posted 29 October 2019 Promised more than we delivered tonight. Carved them up time and again, but poor final ball or shot. Justin looked very poor to me. 2nd half he was found out several times. Pray Ricardo doesn't get injured.
lestajigs Posted 29 October 2019 Posted 29 October 2019 Its gonna be liverpool aint it, twice in a week
martyn Posted 29 October 2019 Posted 29 October 2019 Bizarre game. Should have ended about 6-3 or similar. Amount of promising positions wasted was incredible really, and Burton had 15 mins either side of half time where they were the better side. The game will have again shown Rodgers that the wide options need improving. Albrighton has been a great player for us but he isn't dynamic enough for the way we are playing now and Gray is Gray. Defence pretty shaky as well, thought both centre halves got bullied at times and Justin got skinned repeatedly last 15 minutes. Still, onwards and upwards. Hope we can avoid Man City for once
