We’re going to walk the league

I’m sure Diverpool will be dropping points over the coming weeks there’s no way way with their fixture pile up they won’t lose any game, really hoping we convincingly beat them Boxing Day and the icing on the cake would be Vardy going down in the box and we win a penalty Mane esque !!

A rough pumping administered to the Villa away.  These are seldom seen but wonderful days.

And much about Villa was utterly vile.  Play acting, niggly fouls, leg breakers, appealing for everything.

The reffing was pretty poor, too.

But don’t let that detract from how much better than Villa we were.

Soyuncu and Ricardo simply brilliant.

Are they always this cheap? They go down faster than a Tijuana hooker, and pummel us like we forgot our wallets while doing so. Dirty team, Villa.

Rodgers, any hope of teaching our lads how to finish? FFS this is ridiculous, we really need to sign players who can score when presented w an uncontested shot 8 yards from goal.

Well-played overall lads. That last gasp goal they managed 1H triggered my PTSD from last season, but you never looked likely to lose that. Let's bury Man City while they are pouting, hey?

Can those having a go at Barnes just back off, we’ve won 8 in a row now and he’s a key member of our squad, some people are never happy.

Another fantastic win, proud of the team again.

Exactly, been an absolute key member and ok the goals haven't come yet but his efforts to get on the ball and drive at teams are a massive part of absolutely knackering out opposition midfielders and defenders aswell as freeing up space for others.

Absolutely buzzing with that, completely lost my shiiiittt when vardy tucked in that 4th, as for villa they can f##k right off, orrible orrible team, dirty, vile tactics, hope they go down

They're going nowhere.  Solidly mid-table team with real talent.  Which makes the result that much more impressive.

It's a shame Graelish engages in all the chippy bullshlt, because like it or not he's a legit talent.  He scored their goal and created several chances with his cleverness and vision.  He's an old-school #10 - a true fantasista, a dying breed.

Fantastic, mature performance.

Villa tried to keep up in the first half, then faded and reverted to dirty tactics. How Targett, McGinn or Grealish or all three of them did not get sent off is beyond me.
Grealish in particular can do one - his only talent seems to be trying to wind up the opposing players and the referee in his favour.

Vardy keeps on piling onto his rep sheet.

Team record eight (!) consecutive win in the Premier League. Best defensive record still.

Iheanacho looking like a different person on the pitch. Sharp and present.

We've got such a great depth in squad right now.

Only downside from today's performance is our midfielder's wastefulness in front of goal, Maddison especially. But Barnes and Tielemans also have something to answer for.

Should've scored about six or seven today, but that's me moaning on a very high level.

SIX POINTS OFF MANCHESTER CITY IN THIRD!

Only veritable contender for preventing Liverpool from winning the league early on.

Huge December matches remaining. Tough, but doable fixtures. Manchester City and Liverpool will be interesting. Could be looking at closing in by New Year's.
