Do you not think clubs selling us a player in a different position might not just know we have the chilwell money.

They would.  But I think left-back prices for Leicester will be particularly inflated.

jesus, this is the worst one yet. I'd genuinely rather sign Simpson back and play him out of position than have that nob head anywhere near us.

I know for a fact that he’s a pain in the arse around the training ground, demands special treatment and is generally a corrosive personality to have about the place. Avoid.

Loan wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world if we think Thomas is a serious contender very soon for the spot.

Completely agree. Could be a shrewd move if we are that confident in Thomas. Especially saving money in the new COVID era.

He’s got one year left of his contract - a loan is all about spurs savings wages.

It’s all right being a bit of nob when you have 5 years of your contract to run, last year unless you are good you have to start to behave.

His attitude is off putting. Rose on loan is slightly less worse than Targett on a perm though.

This is seriously pitiful if it's the best we can do.

Was Gosens/Tagliafico too good to be true?

I'd take him all day long. Class left back on his day. If he's motivated he'd be a cracking acquisition.
