Leicester_Loyal Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 Rodgers will never change in these big games, how many times have we been here before? This is like the 10th time it's happened in just over a season now. 3
Tuna Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 Rodgers gets it wrong every time in these games. 3

Chiltern Fox Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 Has the ball been in the other half of the pitch yet?
The Horse's Mouth Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 Its time to go, they've literally got such a shambolic defence today and he's still too scared to attack it
bluefox1 Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 Man City might aswell play Emerson up front as he wont even have anything to do today.
tetly Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 Not enjoying this at all. The manager needs to do something. Why have we gone so deep? Never going to score set up like this..
splinterdream Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 At least Amartey is getting a run out
adam Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 We need to stop giving it away. Takes us a couple of minutes until we get a touch then we just give it away. Infuriating

Rodgers just goes to pieces against the top sides, players look like they've been told they barely deserve to be on the same pitch as Man City. Yes Wolves did and they beat Man City twice last season. Difference is Man City didn’t hit a world class goal after 4 minutes against them. Classic case of practicing a tactic all week and it going out of the window early doors. 1

AjcW Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 I find it strange that given his attacking reputation, Rodgers is the most negative manager we’ve ever had against big sides. 1
MPH Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 it would be typical of us to play so badly and end up winning 1
PhillippaT Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 Man City apparently don't concede many goals at home...
HankMarvin Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 Sometimes attack is the best form of defence if ever you was gonna have a chance of that, it would be with Man City’s forwards out

Because I don’t think for a second we are. Their style is one we simply can’t handle. They ran Wolves ragged last week, we try and go head on against these and it would just be even easier for them. To be fair, that match last Christmas when we were flying high coming in, we got totally outclassed. This time no Ndidi and no Ricardo...Maddison still not up to going 90, Evans allegedly not at 100% - the approach doesn't bother me.
