People change. He’s been away for 3 years. Might have grown up a bit, got a bit of perspective, learned how to be part of a team?

Or it might have been a load of guff in the first place.

Whichever it was, it just didn't work out and if we had takers these past few transfer windows he would have been a sour-sweet (Porto) memory.

Detail on the knee injury, thankfully the diagnoses is positive.

After the recent 1-0 defeat of Wolves, in which he was named man of the match, he left with a ‘big scare’.

With his right knee inflamed, he feared a ‘rupture of the patellar tendon’, the same injury that he suffered two years ago.

The centre back was already suffering with his left knee before leaving St Etienne; something Leicester were aware of before they signed him.

Fortunately, though, an MRI scan at Clairefontaine last week confirmed the Foxes diagnosis of patellar syndrome, which they believe can be fixed with specific stretching and weight training so he can continue his flying start to life with the Foxes.

Definitely something to keep an eye on. He has everything, but for a big lad with pace, knee problems might curtail his mobility. He'd still have his timing, judgement, heading, etc. mind!

Liverpool supporters are already dreaming of him going there.

He will keep Klopp ‘Hanging on the telephone’.

Wait until later when he scores his 'Sunday goal'.

I can ‘Picture this’.  Need the midfielders to pass through the parallel lines though.

Personally think he is having worse game for us to date, been caught out of position to often.  Not running back with a passion.

Don't get me wrong he's still an awesome talent and hasn't been terrible, but making the mistakes now that a 19 year old would make.

Very good opening 20 mins and then was all over the place and summed up our performance as a whole. Probably needs bringing down a peg to focus the mind after an obscene start for us.
