I hear a few names thrown around as best player in the league, KDH, Summerville, Clarke, O'Hare amongst them, but imo Ricardo is miles ahead. By far the best player at this level, when fit he was one of the best right backs in the Prem a few years ago, so a fit Ricardo was always going to shine at this level.

Really thought he was ruined after his 2 big injuries and he would never be able to get fit enough again to be a key player for a team or even just being able to put a decent run of games together

No one really mentions him for the player of the season award, but he's been incredibly consistent throughout. Goals, assists, tempo setter, can play through traffic. An incredible talent!

Love him, everything about him. Most of all his commitment, really makes you think what could have been if he hadn’t suffered his 2 horrific injuries.

It’s an over-used phrase but it ever there is a Rolls Royce of a player in this league it is Ricky P.  He can play in any position and makes it all look totally effortless.  According to one of his neighbours who works with my daughter he is also one of the nicest, most humble people you could wish to meet.

He's so good. Sure he's not perfect, like any other player. But everything he does - passing, positioning, blocking, finishing - he does better than anybody else on the pitch. And as others have said he also seems like a top guy. I love him and I love that he plays for Leicester.

We all know his quality but how about his character, how many players as good as him would stay at this level? Loyalty.

He’d probably be in double figures if he was playing as an 8. It’s amazing to have a player like him in a defensive role, because he can just attack and score when he wants.
