I’d take a point to continue our run and get playing Everton out the way - not expecting a thriller, but I hope we can take something from it

Yes, apoint would be a decent outcome in the context of recent results.  I would dearly love some payback for the way they bossed us at KP though.

Mike Dean as referee for this one just wondering if we’ll get the decent Dean who gives us a break or the pedantic Dean who has his whistle stuck up his

Ar. Se and a bunch of cards produced plus with Stephen Hooper in the Porn Box sorry VAR room !!

Be a tough game for both teams can see this one being a cheeky 0-1 to the Foxes Harvey Barnes Special strike from outside the box ! 💙🦊

Match officials

Referee: Mike Dean. Assistants: Darren Cann, Mark Scholes. Fourth official: Tony Harrington. VAR: Simon Hooper. Assistant VAR: Stephen Child

Makes me wonder what with worrying about Tielemans getting burnt out whether the new training ground will affect all of our matches going forward especially matched like Everton. The gym area is atmospheric controlled for shorter sessions and the cyro-chambers and the rest must surely be helping the players to reach maximum stamina levels for games.

For this one I'd prefer Soyuncu instead of Fofana. I think we need a more aggressive defender against their front 3.

Better than having Sian Ellis-Massey as the lines person 🤭

Agree with the first sentence, not sure about the second.

The more I think about this game the more I worry.

Richarlison always scores against us. They also pose a significant threat from set pieces or balls into the box, which is precisely our weakness. I could easily see a repeat of the last game: goal for Everton (Richarlison) and then they sit deep, we huff and puff and look uncreative, before we get done with a late set piece.

I'm writing all this down because I'm hoping it will curse it from becoming reality. Before the Spurs game I wrote similar about Kane. The truth is, however, that it feels like the first goal is more important than usual here. If we get it then I feel it will open up the game and we're always dangerous when the game is more open.

Yes, I agree.

The first two sentences show a rare eruditeness for this forum ..... but you've had an absolute mare with the second two.

Play both

Always feel like Everton will beat us. Bit of a bogey team in my head (stats probably don’t back that up). They are on good form and will fancy their chances from set pieces with Mina, Keane, richarlison, Calvert-lewin in the middle and James or sigurdson putting in quality delivery. Hold them out from set pieces and I think we nick it

I feel like they always beat us at the King Power but we don't do too badly up at Goodison. Hopefully that continues tonight.

We Keep saying that..Southampton, Chelsea.....massive

When your  competing for those top 4 positions...every game is massive..!!

Only One & half seasons ago, we were Happy to Chase Top 6-7, und Rodgers had no Flavours in the month,Let alone being one...

Except a few like myself, who saw a Twinkle in a certain Irishmans eye and seen a growing squad waiting for Rodgers to develope & show more patience and reasoning how to nuture that potential...I

Though frustrated from last seasons Major grinding Hits on injuries, carrying deep into this season & not having the clout in our rescources,to hold onto  top four....One could see something was slowly developing, but still far short in cover in major positions seeing also that cover was also not injury free.

Still amazes me that People feel the need to carry on having a dig....

The fact with Everton, plus the slow resurgence of Top 6 we can "compete" for Top 4 is an extra badge on the sleeve of Rodgers...

These are the games we have longed for, we are but still novices...Rodgers is also  still learning,

we aint a Big club who have Top Quality in our 14-20 players waiting in the wings...

We have something else special  within in our makeup...fans should also be more balanced in these exciting times....

Tonight could go either Way & its at the Top Part of the table....
