I always say it, but we drew 12 in the title season, they’re underrated!

We were the only team trying to play football. For that reason alone, we deserved at least a point.

 

Said it when we lost at home to them as well but this Everton team is so grim to watch.

All in all, a draw is a good result for us and I think we would all have taken a point pre kick off.

 

We have kept DCL nullified for the whole game and Richarlison's only positive contribution came in their defensive half.

 

Good result overall going in to some very winnable fixtures. 

Yup, a draw today and winning our next few fixtures makes this far more palatable.

My feelings are of pride that we continue to pick up points with great football, despite the constant injuries. As for Everton....my Christ, what a pile of steaming Pulis crap they are.

We outplayed them but just couldn’t put it in the net.

 

A good point all in all.

 

I’m not gonna go all Pep or Klopp and moan about how they played or say ‘they didn’t play how we wanted them too’ they had a game plan stuck to it and it worked, that’s the idea, you make it hard for the opposition and fair play to them.

 

Last season that game would have been a hard watch but it was enjoyable tonight, we played well, forward and positive.

Everton are Burnley with a cheque book, they can’t sniff the sweat around our bollocks and it is a fallacy to football that they are somehow anywhere close to the top 6. 
 

As for us we were excellent at the start, conceded a proper shit goal, nice finish but Fofana should have dealt with it first time. After that we came out second half and battered them, should have walked off the pitch with 3 points but we’ve not lost so I’m happy.

 

It shows me were a ****ing good side and we seem to have shaken off that softness, and at full strength are one of the best. 
 

Just one clever signing over the next few days, and we are a show in for the top four.

I think we all know we’d have lost that comfortably earlier in the season rather than looking like winning it.

Yeah, that's a good point actually, we took the game to them as you would expect the MU MC and Liv to. They properly parked the bus. Once we learn to nick goals against teams that do this we will become that top 4 team and stay there.

Perez wasn't fantastic but ****ing hell people must have had their sentences written in advance. He did well enough against dominant centre backs. People just remember when he makes mistake rather than anything else.

Sounds like the match highlighted Everton for what they are - a sh*thouse team that relies on set pieces and lots of luck.

 

For all the talent they've got, you think Ancelotti could do more with the side.

An outstanding second half performance, the work rate and fitness on show was exceptional. On another day with more clinical finishers on the pitch, we would have won that 3-1.

 

Worrying though that we are so capable of conceding sloppy goals - watching that injury time corner was uncomfortable.

 

Would have definitely taken a point at half time, it would have been a travesty to lose to that lot, tactics taken right out of the Pulis playbook.

Not to take anything away from the lads including Harvey but we do need Vardy our talisman back asap. He is a game changer and a game winner. Perez is all effort and no end product.
