Said it in the match thread, but by all metrics that actually mean something to normal human beings, I genuinely believe we are the best club in the world. Successful, but successful doing it right. It’s surreal it’s us doing it.

My sister and grandad are coming away from the match with an interesting piece of memorabilia... caught the match ball when it was booted into the crowd at full time lol

Great that he was there at the end and it didn't feel like a token gesture to me. Little Wes will have learned a lot from training with and playing alongside him and now he's handing his sword over to him for possibly the last time.

Over the past month I lost a relationship of 4 years, a job and got quite unwell.

 

I wanted to give up badly, but I’d think of Leicester, Vichai and Top when I felt like that and ended up getting a new job against the odds and shook my illness.

 

To the surprise of most I’m even on great  terms with my ex partner and I truly believe it’s because I try as hard as I can to always think “how would Top react?” Before I react because he’s the sort of man I aspire to be.

 

I’m so grateful to this club for giving me hope more than anything else, that you can always fight back no matter what happens and that you can be good, kind and still finish first in this world.


In the happiest of tears, cracking tequila at 5 am in Australia and hitting the repeat button on Top lifting the trophy and pointing to his dad right now.

 

I love you Leicester, you are all champions in every sense of the word.

I used to think the greatest I would see from my team was beating the drop and securing a mid table finish.. Now, within the space of 5 years, we have won the league and FA cup!
