Top is basically playing Championship Manager and he saves before every match. If the result doesn't go the right way, he restarts the game. Except it's real life.

It’s amazing.

 

To think not so long ago we were sat watching the likes of Barry Hayles and Kevin Pressman…… the rise this club has achieved is staggering, the fact we’re not talked up more than we are is a fallacy to the sport. Man City are a soulless club who simply buy their success, we continue to do what they tell us isn’t possible.

Fairly sure I remember reading somewhere that the premier league provides a 75% sized replica to keep. Could be wrong though.

I was hoping the FA Cup and Charity Shield would be paraded at the game yesterday, would have been nice to have Top (if he was there, or maybe Wes Morgan if he wasn't) walking around with the trophies before kick-off, or maybe at half time. 

 

Hopefully it's something that the club are planning at a game in the near future.  I was lucky enough to be at Wembley for both those games, but there are a lot of people that weren't so it would be nice to give them the chance to see the trophy.
