Dear Premier League..

Please can we request that our game against Leicester City be called off.

Teemu has been pukking up all day.

Thank you.

Has she been cooking for him?

Bloody hope it's on.

Missed Liverpool due to isolation, and am now negative.

Getting the train up and a day out in Leicester, on the piss with football, is just what I need.

Let's be avin ya, Delia 👍😄

Everton's was accepted against Burnley. Don't think they've requested any more.

Initially Everton’s request was denied …….

Palace at Spurs?

correct

I think if Norwich’s initial request is knocked back, they will find a case or more likely a a training injury tomorrow morning

Can’t see it going ahead. How many games have gone ahead after a Request to postpone?

We had ours rejected v Tottenham initially.

Then we pulled another one out the bag on the day of the game.

As have other clubs since.

Obviously privacy (of which they're entitled to of course) allows identity's to be kept, well, private, but did we ever find out who the other case(s) were on the day of the Tottenham game?

Before the Napoli match 7 players names were quickly put out but i've heard nothing of the case(s) that emerged after the initial rejection of the Tottenham game - also you'd imagine, with a threadbare squad as it is we'd be able to work out who tested positive ahead of the game by process of elimination in the following games since.

For those reasons, it makes me more skeptical and cynical it had nothing to do with Covid and everything to do with the injuries we had - of which we still have and worse.

I don’t know if the other team (LCFC in this case) get to have a say but if they do I can’t see it going ahead, I don’t think the club will mind a postponement at all.

Depends. I don't think we would want to play 3 re-arranged fixtures in January or indeed any at all. We still have Everton and Spurs to arrange and I can see us being made to play them in the next few weeks.

Now watch the EPL reschedule games to midweek in January after our AFCON players have gone and we have no defenders other than Vestergaard

GAME OFF - They had just 4 outfield players training today

So they've had a further 11 players get covid in the last few days? Astonishing this is. It's going to cause chaos. I honestly don't see how they can finish the season if teams get more than 4 or 5 games behind, there's not enough time.

The never ending season. So are they injured or out with covid. This season may never end at this rate

They should just abandon it. Hit the reset and go again next year.

Surely once they’ve all had COVID, then they won’t all be catching it again any time soon.

A bit gutted as I was looking forward to it but actually probably for the best given the state of our squad too.

Means we’ll be well rested for the 3rd round game, as defending champions😎
