If he's homesick and can't play we should be able to dock his wages while he's unavailable. There's got to be more to it like he doesn't track runners and is out of the team for ever. Like Soyunchu backing out of a challenge against spurs means that he'll never play again. Or vestergaard getting out muscled for a header means that he'll never play again. Or Praet and Iheanacho being frozen out for long periods reverb though the last well. Yet other players can be constantly poor and never get dropped.
