Ulloa to Swansea

Good player on his day, was brilliant towards the back end of last season.

He offers us a Plan B, but if we do sell I can see us regretting it later down the line, as I can see him doing well at Swansea.

I'd like him too stay but then I'd probably sell him for something like £15 million.

Ok... now I'm getting confused.

Ulloa is only worth £10m? yes I understand he's nearly 30, but

how can it be that he is worth less than a shit load of championship strikers in or around his age.

Kante is worth less than Newcastles sissoko? ffs. Payet is approaching 30 yet west ham say £50m, deeney watford £32m maybe we'll talk???. What are the **** are we doing as a club to let the speculation grow and grow, come out and say 20m?? More like £80m for kante mr. abromvich.

I just don't get how championship clubs, prem clubs who will not be in Europe next season, can handle transfer and contract negotiating better than us,

Surely as We are the Premier league champions with champions league football. We should be in the position to dictate the market rather than be dictated to??

Im not saying cash in or not, thats upto the don.

But it does wind me up that we always pay more and sell for less,in reflection to the market. Ie ulloa is not worth less than a championship player with comparative ability or age.

Ever since i can remember we sell players well under valuation and just accept it. Dig your bloody heels in like Watford west ham an the like

Rudkin will probably negotiate it down to £8m for Swansea.

£10m is tempting. I like Ulloa but if there's a chance to sell and get someone similar that is faster than a tortoise then I wouldn't be too upset.

Bound to put at least 2 past us next season if he does go.. For that reason I want him to stay.

Anyone that was a part of last season I dont want to leave but the truth is, sentiment kills in football. We have to name our squads soon and despite the love we all have for him, Leo is one of the players we can upgrade on.

I'll always love him for the penalty against West Ham, but if an offer comes in of around £25m, I think we should let him go.

That's optimistic.

I like Leo, a great bench player, not keen as a starter though, but does a job when needed.

£10m is a great price, which i'd sell at, however perhaps i'm being greedy and perhaps this is the reason the market is they way it is, but in the current market, with players going for absolutely disgraceful amounts of money, we could and should ask/get more for him.

Leo is our plan B. He's the one player we have whose introduction can completely change our system whether we're trying to stifle the game or going for the win. He's a predator in both boxes and I don't think we have any forward or midfield player as good as he is in either box. I think his link up play is cruelly underrated. It's easy to miss the simple pass he made back to drinkwater or his flickon he made in the 2nd and 3rd goals against Stoke. He offers something different and if you're looking to replace him with more pace, good luck replacing his other attributes. Try to replace Leo and you're better off just to keep him.

We have pace covered with other players. Mahrez is also much quicker than he's ever given credit for. Without the ball he's lightening. With it, he gives it up in favor of the finesse game.

Yes an everlasting memory will be that penalty against West Ham, and his brilliant celebration.

Wouldn't want him to go, as I think we need a big striker to win headers in both boxes, and hold up play.

Not for me. Only option of that type we have and I love him. Gut reaction to the suggestion is I really don't want him else where.

Really torn on this, I love him to bits because he just seems an all-round great guy and good player but £10m for a fourth choice 29 year old with two years left would be decent business.

If we were to sell him I'd love him, his goals kept us in 2014-2015 and he scored some crucial goals last season too

10 million for a player of his age seems good business on paper.

However he offers the one thing different to the rest. Height and a threat from set pieces and crosses.

And to get anyone else in to offer the same would cost more I guess.

So for me. If he's happy to stay and be a bit part. I'd keep him. However if he wants regular football. I guess he will at least ask to to talk to them.
