One one level the set up is excellent Then you dig a little t deeper and we get the ticket office, the website which is still all over the place, decisions to take STH's discount away, the dodgy membership schemes and the ballots for tickets and a bumbling recruitment team who having been interested in a player for over a year yet we wait until the very last minute to get him in. 12 hours after the window closed and we can't announce him yet. God only knows what Silva thinks he's walking into.
