Any hint dropping trolling today?

He's such a cocktease. "I didn't see that coming". Followed by absolute radio silence for days.

Here are the things that would surprise me. It's got to be one of them.

  • Chilwell and Maddison have tied the knot
  • Rudkin has been purged by a vengeful Walsh
  • Macia is the new DoF
  • Morgan to be named the manager
  • Fans to be replaced with machine controlled clapppers
  • Rebekah Vardy is the new sports psychologist
  • Top has sold the club to Putin and we're now Red Star Leicester

The only game he started in the league was opening day against United and he did pretty well.

Im not saying he's pulled up any trees but we do need to try something else and without doubt he's a quality player. Its not fully happened for him yet but he's never had a sustained run in the side.

Mendy has been like a new signing after everyone had written him off but I think he's been average the last couple of games. Certainly Silva and/or Iborra deserve a run

I'm not sure what the Mendy we've seen the past couple of games actually adds to the club. I'd say give Silva a chance and see how he does.  He was decent in the WC for Portugal.

What i'd like to see -

              Kasper

Soyuncu Evans Maguire

Pereria Ndidi Silva Chilwell

           Maddision

    Iheanacho  Vardy

Reason for Two Changes

Mendy  - He's got a good work rate and simple distribution, but other than that he's an average player. Silva has got some class, I think he'll get the ball forward and help set up attacks. Needs another chance.

Soyuncu - Really frustrating we haven't started him yet, supposed to have a lot of potential. Amartey has been a decent utility man for us, but that's all he is IMO.

The advantage of amartey is he can change to right back seamlessly

is soyuncu experienced at RB ??

If Silva's got some class he's keeping it well hidden,  he hasn't shown it in any of the games he's had for Leicester. It's a myth. Easily knocked off the ball, too many stray passes to the opposition and can't even see let alone track runners. Mendy on the other hand is strong, tackles and his passes consistently. He took his opportunity on his first game back without needing a run of games, Silva struggled to cope with Fleetwood!

The proof is in the pudding,  Mendy is now ever present because of what he provides at our level, Silva hasn't been picked because he has little to offer.

Silva rarely misses a pass - that's a myth. In one of his last games where everyone was complaining about his missed passes, he only misplaced about 5.

The issue is the ones he misses, he really shouldn't be missing.

Cant see anything but a win providing we don't get any more refereeing horror shows. Other than Liverpool and a poor refereeing decision against Everton we've looked ok at home. We have 7 winnable games now, including the league cup, before we play spurs at home. We need to start a bit of a run and id at least expect to avoid defeat in the away games and win the home games.

Start the games like we did at Arsenal, avoid red cards and cut out the defensive mistakes and we should start moving forward. Simple ?

The first match I have been able to get to in a while, so looking forward to this. Looks like West Ham are really struggling injury wise at the moment, and we should be at pretty much full strength, so hopeful of a good win here... Feel Vardy needs a really good goal to get him going (rather than a tap in or penalty), so fingers crossed that comes tomorrow. I imagine it will be pretty much the same line up as against Arsenal, but potentially holding back Nacho for Tuesday's match.

Same team as Arsenal for me. We have actually played some good stuff over recent weeks. I believe we would have beaten Everton but for the red card as we were in the ascendency at that point and we looked very good against Huddersfield, Wolves, Newcastle and in the first half vs Arsenal. I think they'll bounce back from Monday night - we didn't get the rub of the green with a crucial refereeing decision and hit the woodwork, as well as conceding right on half time before a poor second half.

This is a crucial game for us, we're at home and West Ham have some of their big players out injured. It's similar to the Everton game in that these are teams we should look to beat, certainly at home, to finish in the Top 8 as they'll both be chasing the Top 6's coat tails. We need to capitalise on that this time as we failed to do a few weeks ago.

Keep Amartey swap Evans for Soyuncu and may be put Iborra instead or silva.

Amartey in in case we do need to swap to a back 4 and Iborra for his height against a most likely physical west ham

All fair comments but if he shows something in training I'm happy with that swap, temporarily, but I actually think dropping ndidi might be the kick up the are needed.

Personally I would like to see iborra in instead of one then and soyuncu probably for Evans rather than amartey.

Maybe even drop hardy and play nacho on his own first half.

Also wouldn't be averse to seeing Gray start but probably not all of the above changes in one go.

I hope Puel sticks with Evans, and with the back three. The system is a better fit for our personnel.

I'd keep things the same although I'd drop Mendy for Iborra now I think, or even for Silva.

I just do not see what he brings to the table in a deep-sitting midfield pairing alongside Ndidi.

He is industrious but not as defensively reliable as Ndidi, he is slow to turn the ball over and is never going to offer much of a threat going forward.

I think this is a big game for Vardy - he needs a good performance to boost his confidence I think.

Vardy is an incredible player because he has this strong mentality about his game, he recovers so quickly from bad form,

I think the struggle he has had in the past has really helped him mentally as a player.

Last  Monday was an off game due to illness. I think well see the normal him come tomorrow.

As the week has gone on, I think we have plenty to be confident about from the Arsenal game. Looking back at the game, lets face it, they were excellent amd would have given anyone a game in that second half so we cant be too critical of the goals conceded.

Therefore, keep it as is against another midtable team and we will win tomorrow.
