simFox Posted 6 October 2019 Posted 6 October 2019 Man city fans leaving early will have heard the roar, frantically checking their phones expecting 1-1.... Oh bollocks.... Brilliant. 1 1

Corky Posted 6 October 2019 Posted 6 October 2019 Even this early on, it is Liverpool's to lose. They've lost 1 in 47 in the league, they need to lose three just to be caught. 1
rachhere Posted 6 October 2019 Posted 6 October 2019 Wow... Hard to see anyone but Liverpool winning this year. Top 4 still for us with some great fixtures coming up

To put it into perspective the bottom 5 have already done that.

SouthStandUpperTier Posted 6 October 2019 Posted 6 October 2019 I think the funniest thing about this weekend is that Sky and BT chose not to show the Liv/Lei and ManC/Wolves games. 1

That_Dude Posted 6 October 2019 Posted 6 October 2019 If ManU win at Newcastle that's my weekend ruined for good.

gurru991 Posted 6 October 2019 Posted 6 October 2019 I detest the regime that owns Man C & will be happy to see Liverpool win the title.
fox_up_north Posted 6 October 2019 Posted 6 October 2019 Traore in my fantasy team was a cheap stab in the dark. Oh my, how he has paid off. On topic - we've seen teams drop big points leads before so I'm not anticipating Liverpool will keep it up indefinitely.
Jonezy Posted 6 October 2019 Posted 6 October 2019 Seems like we played Chelsea away at the right time. Quite exciting team with them forced to use their young players. It does look like Liverpool's season, but it is only October and a lot will happen. At least we are in the mix near the top 6 and we haven't really clicked yet. Its a great time to be a Leicester fan despite the frustrations of yesterday.
gurru991 Posted 6 October 2019 Posted 6 October 2019 Pep will fold his tent at the end of the season & head to warmer places.

This was always likely to be a weekend where teams pull us back or go ahead of us, what we've done well is win the three games we were expected to whereas others around us haven't.

Had we held on it would have been a boost to our chances. We've played 4 out of the top 6 from last year already. Agreed that yesterday's result makes it a tough task, but all it takes is a couple of results to go against liverpool which could easily happen with them being in Europe. They are a great side no doubt, but I genuinely feel like this season will open up like 2015/16 and we are the best of the rest after Man City and Liverpool to take advantage of this as we have no other commitments.

Popular Post spacemunky Posted 6 October 2019 Popular Post Posted 6 October 2019 When I hear "This is Liverpools year to win the League" I always say "And Leeds year to come up!". If both were to happen at the same time, id probably regret not finishing that underground bunker I started working on years ago. 7
