Foxxed Posted 14 February 2020 Posted 14 February 2020 Ah the letter, although not the spirit, of the law being played out. Thank you technology! I'm waiting for the day when the technology is used to ascertain if it was Hamza's afro or if it was Hamza's head that was offside.
Dahnsouff Posted 14 February 2020 Posted 14 February 2020 Offside is easy, it’s off or it’s on. Does it ruin the flow of the game? God yes.
Grebfromgrebland Posted 14 February 2020 Posted 14 February 2020 It does seem like over the past 3 months we have been found out and good managers know how to set up against us and even beat us. There doesn't seem to be much variation in our play and it's all too predictable. The worry is that Brendan doesn't know what to do. It's not that we're crap it's just that we've been nullified.
foxinsocks Posted 14 February 2020 Posted 14 February 2020 This is another game where brendan is tring to make a defensive mid out of youri
Bazly Posted 14 February 2020 Posted 14 February 2020 We have become a very one direction team - sideways. Matty James should fit back in nicely for a game or two till his next layoff.

Play the system well and you're unbeatable We're just a player or two off that this season
Farrington fox Posted 14 February 2020 Posted 14 February 2020 Vards has been shite for some time now.

Ricardo runs up the pitch and tries to play a 1 - 2 with Perez. Perez loses the ball Wolves have a dangerous counter attack. Option two: Pass to Tielemans Tielemans hangs on the ball too long / messes up a pass and loses it. Wolves have a dangerous counter attack. Option three: Pass to Chilwell. Chilwell to Barnes. Barnes runs up the pitch and either A) falls over, B) Turns around and passes it back to a defender. If A) Leicester get a semi-decent chance from a header, before a dangerous wolves counter attack. if B) See option one and option two again. Notice how Maddison and Vardy aren't included in any of these options - that's because they don't touch the ball. It's frustrating really. Seeing the same patterns of play again and again - which would be fine if it looked like we might get any tiny amount of success from them, but at no point has there really been anything resembling a dangerous attack. Feel like Ricardo is our most dangerous attacker at the moment, which is ridiculous really. This needs to be printed out and pinned to Rodgers office door. The same patterns of play every game until we concede. Agree about Rick being our most dangerous attacker atm. The others are mostly out of form. I feel especially Madders and Tielemans should be doing much more regarding the creativity. The two look pale shadows comparing to what they played first couple months this season
