Arsenal A Match Thread

Going against the grain here, think the lineup lacks creativity high up the pitch.

Matty James is back in the squad.

Truly fantastic news. 9-0

Would prefer Fuchs, I worry about Albrighton in our own box against a team like these.

Marching on together

It’s a dirty match or a Dirty Leed title

0-0

[Spudulike]

Lots of optimism about but I can't watch us play now without thinking it doesn't matter what team we put out or how we play, the match will be decided by unfathomable rules and unaccountable officials. Sorry.

But we do have the energy to press, which Arsenal won't like.

We have a poor bench,

[mucfox]

all attacks on Mustafi's site, then it works.

let's fight for the CL

Maddison Injured, so other than Gray, what other creative players do we have?

Better than a poor team

[The Guvnor]

Up and at em tonight  let's start off with pace and purpose move it forward quickly and smash it in the onion bag a few times.

We have a potential game-changer in Barnes, and even Gray (who often plays better coming off the bench), and midfield reinforcements in Praet (who could easily be a starter), Hamza or Mendy. Fuchs can also come in at LWB, LB or LCB. I think we are okay.

Yes, it should have been discretionary dependent on weather conditions and such. If ref and both captains happy to go without it they should omit it.
