Not many teams would be so open and inventive away from home, especially us. If they can stay up this year, improve on their squad but play the same way then they could be a really good team. At the minute though they're wasteful and could concede at any time. Fixed it for you.
surrifox Posted 28 November 2020 Posted 28 November 2020 This whole “doing a Leicester” thing is really going well 2
worthosoriginals Posted 28 November 2020 Posted 28 November 2020 Everton, not as good as they pretend to be. 1

I used to like them under Moyes too, so many more players I enjoyed from a neutral point of view - Baines/Arteta/Distin/Howard/Cahill etc I liked. Edited 28 November 2020 by Fox92 1

I think it was @Cardiff_Fox who said that the 12.30pm Saturday match is prime time in parts of the world so naturally the top clubs will be in that slot more. 4 hours ago, Fox92 said: Well yeah. Why would people around the World wanna watch Burnley or Fulham? No disrespect intended. There's plenty of sides in the division who have good history but that isn't gonna appeal to the glory hunting fans around the Country/the World who "support" Liverpool/Man City/Man Utd/Chelsea/Arsenal purely on the basis they're the biggest/best teams and have the best players. It’s ideal kick off time for the Asian market. Alongside that it’s BT’s ‘best’ spot aka they get second pick from the weekend. It’s always going to be one of the top clubs or a derby. You don’t like it, don’t take the slice of the TV money from it 2
Vacamion Posted 28 November 2020 Posted 28 November 2020 So it would appear that Everton, whilst brilliant at the start of the season, don't fancy it on a cold night in Liverpool 2
Popular Post Leicester_Loyal Posted 28 November 2020 Popular Post Posted 28 November 2020 Since Everton won the league they've took 4 points from a possible 18. 1 9

SouthStandUpperTier Posted 28 November 2020 Posted 28 November 2020 Just give Everton 9th place now. 1
Guest Kopfkino Posted 28 November 2020 Posted 28 November 2020 This time of the season always makes a good read from Everton fans once they’ve realised they’ve spent a lot of money to be not very good still
ealingfox Posted 28 November 2020 Posted 28 November 2020 That has to be World Coach of the Year wrapped up for Bielsa.
Corky Posted 28 November 2020 Posted 28 November 2020 Everton look better than last season but are still an inconsistent side. Defensively they look shaky. 1
KFS Posted 28 November 2020 Posted 28 November 2020 Leeds win the battle of the barbers then. Some dreadful barnets on show tonight. 2
SouthStandUpperTier Posted 28 November 2020 Posted 28 November 2020 Cahill: "Unfortunately the goal came." This isn't Everton TV Tim.

Nod.E Posted 28 November 2020 Posted 28 November 2020 The Meslier point blank save from Doucouré is brilliant. Great reactions. That goes in they call it unstoppable. He saves it and they're calling it a missed chance. They haven't even acknowledged it as a good save. Really does my head in how good goalkeeping is either totally ignored or not recognised. 1
oadby.fox Posted 28 November 2020 Posted 28 November 2020 I’ll tell you what, this Bielsa chap sounds mighty smart... if sky were to be believed then he could probably sort this whole pandemic business out on the bus home.
David Hankey Posted 28 November 2020 Posted 28 November 2020 Begrudgingly I thank Leeds for beating Everton as it keeps them below us but I hope they don't get above their station.
