Are people just waiting for Boris, but no ones discussing the match that Liverpool are losing?

I'm not waiting for Boris, already locked down.

Liverpool customary penalty and not losing now.

Whats Masuaku doing? Whistle hasn't gone, turns round to look at the ref as if he was expecting it, and basically admitted he'd fouled him.

Ha ha . Of course it’s a “cosmetic process “ to review the decision pitchside - nothing wrong with Mane lunging at the keeper in dangerous fashion

Liverpool fans still moaning about the Pickford incident the other week trying to compare it.

Different refs of course and very different type of incident.

They have scored anyway.

We seriously need a rule change. Contact shouldn’t mean penalty, it’s a contact sport. These flops that are unrelated to the challenge, contact or not should be seen as dives.

Any ref in the world could see that contact didn’t cause him to fall like that.

If people started getting punished they would  realise they are better off staying on their feet and the game would improve

Until the rule changes, there's nothing to punish them for. If it's based simply on there being some contact, and they are not faking that contact then it's just a player making sure the ref has seen the offence. As grim as it is to watch the overacting, you can see why it happens. A nailed on pen with no downside.

Yup exactly. It’s just needs adjusting, clear and obvious over reactions get overruled and a booking.

Im not talking about the subjective ones. The taps that somehow send a player flying like he’s operating in zero gravity.

I think a few obvious ones getting people caught will stop people doing it after a while

Yes. But you can clearly see a general move to eradicate subjective decisions across the board. The move is towards empirically measurable occurrences, and a decision process geared towards tech making the calls.

Basically, turning a foul into a line call.

Salah went down like a sack of spuds.

I’m fairly certain there is a joke or two in there, just haven’t got the bottle to finish it.

Those complaining about Sala and Mane should look at home first with Vardy and Maddison.

It happens all over the pitch with people over reacting to fouls some where they've not even been touched.

This along with taking one (yellow card) for the team are 2 of the most frustrating things about the game and yet those in charge spend all their time pissing about with the off-side and hand ball making them worse than ever.

In fact they've just made it safer to take one for the team.
