Footballers are ****ing embarrasing. Refs undoubtedly sometimes are swayed by heavy appeals from players and its no wonder they **** up sometimes when players flat out cheat. Especially surprising given it is Burnley who are all lovely lads who wouldn't say boo to a goose. The managers says so, anyway. 1
ARTY_FOX Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 Don't think Leeds should of had a pen and think burnley should have been given the goal. But leeds have been abit wasteful.
Corky Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 Definitely wasn't a foul on the keeper, though. I know we bring it up regularly but to see that given as a foul and Ederson flattening Iheanacho and getting away it really does show goalkeepers benefit massively from refereeing calls in the box. 4
goody2028 Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 Keepers get way too much protection, surely that’s a foul the other way round if anything 3
Super_horns Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 The poor goalies in the 50s/60s probably wish they had such protection !
moore_94 Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 Leeds keeper is dreadful at catching the ball from corners

However, based on the rest of his game and his age, if he sorts that side out, he’ll be a very talented keeper. So much potential.
FoyleFox Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 Burnley have been well and truly stitched up by the ref here. 3
st albans fox Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 I hope they hide the tea cups in the away changing room .......
Popular Post Tielemans63 Posted 27 December 2020 Popular Post Posted 27 December 2020 I don't usually sympathise with Sean Dyche but he has every right to be livid there. The ref had a shocker. 6
TheUltimateWinner Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 At least today’s ref isn’t reffing us anytime soon! oh wait... he’s VAR next game and then the man in the middle for our game against Newcastle 1
Leicester_Loyal Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 Another day another EPL ref making some shocking decisions Even with VAR they can't get it right, useless. 1
Guest Kopfkino Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 The foul given on Meslier is right up there with the worst decisions made this season.
Super_horns Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 I can see Dyche marching into the officials office with his gravel like voice booming at them !

They tend to punish errors with a game off after. He's new as well so they'll be keen to protect him. 1
SAFC1 Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 Negative arsehole Moyes. Mark Noble as a number 10?
The Bear Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 Bruce wailing about hysteria again. Funny how it seems to follow him round... almost as if all his teams are utter dogshit under him. 2
theessexfox Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 Do Brighton actually play good football like everyone says, or do they pointlessly stroke it around the back and then give it away when they try and go forward?

If that's a foul then practically every time a goalie jumps up for a cross and collides with a player then the game would be awash with free kicks for the goalkeepers.

Mr Beige - can do anything but none of it very well I have a dread that the 3 points we coughed up to W Ham could cost at the end of the season - the price for not dealing with the excellent Antonio on the day
UniFox21 Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 Brighton keep the ball well in their own half
winteriscoming Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 This game has 0-0 written all over it. 2
SAFC1 Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 West Ham team selection is a joke tbh. Look at the attacking quality they’ve got on the bench...
UniFox21 Posted 27 December 2020 Posted 27 December 2020 Think Welbeck has blocked more of his side's shots than West Ham' s defence
