Both are coaches that either can't or won't change their tactics to take into account the relative strengths and weaknesses of the opponent. To be fair a lot of modern coaches are like this to some extent. 1

Corky Posted 2 January 2021 Posted 2 January 2021 Leeds are a better version of Wigan under Martinez. Play the same way each match, likely to thump teams and also get a few hidings along the way. Good for the neutral and probably ideal opponents for plenty of teams. 1
