Fabregas, Sanchez, Neymar etc.

copunk Posted 5 August 2020 Posted 5 August 2020 If we pull this off, the partnership between him and Ricardo could be phenomenal

If hes mustard he'd probably be moving to a club like barca anyway and he might elevate us to a level where we can buy the next big thing outright. We could do ‘ a barcelona’ where we loan him for two years, he’s wanting bigger things, sign him for 50 million and the next day sell him to Man City for 80 million.

Pliskin Posted 6 August 2020 Posted 6 August 2020 (edited) The merc have inevitably pored cold water on this. https://www.goal.com/en/news/barcelona-club-worst-affected-by-coronavirus-bartomeu/zotux27riwe81vkc1mu1m0ok5 They're in a mess financially, so they will have no choice but to shed some weight off their wage bill. And they won't be able to shift start players without impacting their squad, so young and fringe players will have to make way, and Trincao is definitely a fringe player.
